Your choices

We use cookies and similar browser storage for the quote and tracking services you request. Optional advertising measurement is off until you accept it. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent you getting a quote or booking a recovery.

You can reopen these settings from every page's footer. Accepting optional measurement does not permit promotional WhatsApp messages or emails. Your choice is normally remembered for 180 days, after which we ask again. Closing settings without saving does not grant consent.

Essential service storage

Session storage normally ends when its tab is closed; a browser's session-restore feature may restore it. Necessary hosting and security services may also process connection information to deliver the site and prevent misuse.

Optional advertising measurement

If accepted, velocity_ad_attribution_v1 uses session storage to remember campaign information and identifiers such as GCLID, WBRAID and GBRAID for the current browser session. The information can be attached to the enquiry you submit and used to measure advertising performance, including Google Ads conversions.

With this choice accepted, we also load the Google Ads tag. Google can receive the page address, advertising identifiers and connection information, and use advertising cookies or local storage (including names beginning _gcl_) to associate an ad click with a later conversion. The tag stays unloaded until you accept. Advertising personalisation and Google Analytics storage remain disabled. See Google’s cookie information for provider storage and durations.

If you reject or withdraw this choice, we remove this optional session storage, update the Google tag to deny advertising storage and use of advertising data, and stop attaching optional advertising information to subsequent quote updates. You can also delete previously set cookies and local storage through your browser. Data already lawfully sent is not automatically erased from business records by changing a browser setting; contact us if you want to exercise a data right. We retain the current service-page address without its query string to identify the service being requested.

This site does not currently load a Google Analytics tag or Meta advertising pixel. We will update this notice and obtain any required consent before adding a new tracking purpose. The privacy details for Google are available at Google Privacy.

External services & clearing storage

Following a WhatsApp, payment or other external link opens a separate provider's service, with its own cookie and privacy arrangements. Third-party images and hosting also receive the connection information needed to deliver their content.

Your browser can delete or block cookies and site storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent saved progress or remembered tracking from working; you can still contact our team. See our privacy notice for data use and the complaints page for privacy concerns.
