A touring caravan with wheel or axle damage needs a different plan from a campervan with an engine fault. Tell us which type of unit needs recovery, its dimensions and plated weight, and exactly what has failed. Photos help the team assess loading and available equipment before accepting the booking.
Describe the wheel, hub, axle and coupling condition, and whether the towing vehicle also needs help. A caravan that cannot be towed normally may require specialist loading. Share photos taken from a safe position and do not attempt to move a damaged unit just to make collection easier.
Give the vehicle's length, height, weight and any rear carrier or overhang. Campsite gates, soft ground, narrow lanes and storage-yard access can affect collection. A return home or onward trip to a repairer is priced around the actual route and confirmed equipment availability.
