Prestige, classic, performance and modified cars can need extra planning before collection. A low splitter, unusual wheel setup or restricted parking space affects the loading approach. Share the vehicle details and clear photos so the team can check suitable equipment for your movement.
Tell us about lowered suspension, splitters, side skirts and any damage underneath. Photos of the front, rear and approach to the vehicle help explain the clearance available. Equipment suitability must be confirmed for the particular car; registration alone does not establish a safe loading method.
Let us know if the car has lost power, cannot select neutral, has a locked steering wheel or has damaged wheels. For an electric vehicle, also state any known battery or charging fault. We assess the movement before booking instead of assuming every car can be rolled onto a transporter.
